What Digital Options Are Available for Aryavart Bank Users?
Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank (formerly Aryavart Bank) has gradually started rolling out its updated digital tools.

1. BHIM Aryavart App
If you are comfortable with smartphones, this option is suitable. The app offers all UPI benefits to account holders, including fund transfers, statements, and balance enquiries. It already has 50k downloads and a 3.9-star rating.
For this method, you have activated the data pack and your mobile number is linked to your bank. All Set, here are the steps to get your balance using the BHIM Aryavart App –
- Open the Google Play Store and install the BHIM Aryavart UPI App.
- Open the app and register using your mobile number and OTP.
- Create a 4-digit login PIN.
- Go to My Accounts and select your bank.
- Enter your debit card details to create the UPI PIN.
- Reopen the app and tap on the (eye icon) on the home screen.
- Enter your UPI PIN to check your account balance.
2. Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank Portal (Netbanking)
- First, visit the official website of UPGB and tap on Login.
- Tap on the “Retail Banking” link on the homepage.
- Tap “New User” or “Register” option.
- Enter your Customer ID from your passbook.
- Set a secure login password of your choice.
- Choose activation mode:
- Option 1: Visit the branch and request a branch token, or
- Option 2: Use your ATM card (Card Number, PIN, Expiry).
- Submit and wait for activation confirmation.
- Once active, log in to access balance, statements, and services.

The Merger of Aryavart Bank
Aryavart Bank, now merged into Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank, is still actively serving customers under its previous tools and apps.
After 1 April 2025, the Indian government came up with the One State, One RRB. So, the RRB Aryavart Bank, Baroda U.P. Bank and Prathama U.P. Gramin Bank merged with one and got a new name. The new facilities are still not updated successfully, but stay connected for the new facilities.
After the merger, the bank has 1365 branches and 22 regional offices around Uttar Pradesh. The bank is growing rapidly, with digital products like Internet banking, mobile banking, and SMS Alerts.
