This is one of my favourite and easy methods to choose. Follow the steps below –

  1. Open your phone or desktop Web Browser and visit the official website. https://relianceone.net/
  2. Navigate to the Reliance Retail Gift Card Section And Tap on Check Gift Card Balance.
  3. Enter the 16-digit number on your gift card.
  4. Double-check the number correctly and tap on the check balance button.
  5. All Set! The site will show you your current remaining balance on the card.

Note: It only displays the transaction details from the last three months.

2. Contact Reliance One customer care

For balance enquiries and other issues, you can simply call the Toll-Free Number at 1800-102-7382. Also, support Email ID – customerservice@ril.com

The best time to call to Customer care is 8:30 AM To 8:30 PM (7 Days working)

3. In Store

  1. Simply visit the retail store. Also, you can use the Store locator available on the relianceone website. (Reliance Digital, Reliance Trends, Reliance Fresh, etc)

  4. They will scan it and inform you of the available balance.

Follow these simple four steps to apply for the e-gift card –

  1. Go to the separate Reliance store which card you want (use Google Maps to find the nearest store)
  2. Go to the cash counter and tell the cashier I’d like to apply for a Reliance e-gift card.
  3. Follow terms and conditions.
  4. The cashier will provide you with a card and give you instructions to use it well.
