1 Step: Do A Search and Locate The HR Portal
Search the Indian Bank HR Portal on Google or any other search engine you like. Apart from this, you can also contact the HR team for the latest URL.
2 Step: Enter Login Details and Verify via OTP
Open the HR Connect Portal, type your User ID and tap on the submit button to process. After submitting, you will get an OTP on your email and Mobile Number. Simply enter the OTP and tap on the next button.

- Visit the HR Connect login portal.
- Please enter your USER ID (As I Already Said, SR number without check digit)
- Enter the received OTP to a mobile number or email ID.
- After entering your ID, tap on Forget password
- Again, provide your SR no. and tap on continue
- Answer the security questions for verification.
- You will get an SMS that your temporary password has been sent to your email and mobile number.
- Log back in, enter the temporary password
- All Set! Please set a new password to log in again.
