1. TDCC Bank Balance Check Number

According to the official website of TDCC Bank, There is no official missed call balance enquiry Number currently available, however, you can call the toll-free number for TDCC Bank is 1800229299. Furthermore, you can drop an email for enquiry at enquiry@thanedistrictbank.com.

  • Please note that you must call from your registered mobile number. On the Phone dialer, dial the number
  • it is an IVR-based call, The IVR will give you instructions, follow it and select options.

2. View Balance using the UPI BHIM App

As mentioned earlier, the bank supports the UPI system. All you need is a UPI app like BHIM, PhonePe, or Paytm. Simply, Download One if you have not, You can choose anyone, However, here are the instructions on account balance Enquiry through the BHIM UPI App. Follow the steps to get started – (A debit card and registered mobile number are required for this method)

  1. Go to the Google Play store or The Apple App Store and Search For the BHIM UPI App.
  2. Tap on the install Button and download it.
  3. Open the app and select your preferred language.
  4. Ensure your phone is connected to the mobile network of your registered SIM card.
  5. Select SIM (From SIM 1 or SIM 2), app will automatically send an SMS to verify The SIM; this usually takes just a few seconds.
  6. On the app, tap the profile icon in the top left corner.
  7. Scroll down and Select “Add New Bank Account” from the list of banks.
  8. Choose “Thane District Central Co-Operative Bank” from the list of banks.
  9. Link your account using your debit card or Aadhaar card details.
  10. After linking your account, tap “Create UPI PIN.”
  11. Enter the required details, and set your UPI PIN. (Keep handy the Pin, It is required for balance inquiries and transactions)
  12. Tap on the “Check Balance” button on the app home screen.
  13. Enter your UPI PIN and get your TDCC account balance

3. TDCC mBanking App

It is another app-based online method to view balance, it is an official app launched by Thane district bank. As per the Google Play Store, the TDCC m Banking app has 50k downloads and a 3.1 Star rating. it allows you to fund transfers, mini statements, and more.

You have to download the app from the Google Play Store and follow these steps to get a balance via the TDCC Bank App.

  1. Once the app is installed, Find and Open the App. Read And Accept T&C.
  2. Tap on Verify My Device with the Default SIM button. (Remember, you must use your registered mobile number for verification.)
  3. The app will ask you to tap on Send SMS to complete the verification.
  4. Now, It will ask you to set a new TPIN and MPIN. (Both are 4 digits) Set and tap on next.
  5. Now, Open the app again and enter MPIN to navigate home
  6. Tap on the first option in front of you – Balance enquiry to view.

4. Thane District MPassbook App

The Bank also includes the MPassbook App for a digital version of your bank records. you can also download it from the Google Play Store

  1. After installing completed, Open the TDCC MPassbook app, enter your registered mobile number and verify it with an OTP.
  2. Now, Enter your Customer ID to complete the setup.
  3. View your balance and transaction history

The app can help you to check all your historical transactions, Debit card information and mini-statements. Furthermore, it also allow you to get you bank account statements in PDF Or Excel format.

5. ATM or Visit the Branch

If the above methods don’t work for you, simply visit your home branch or a nearby ATM.

  1. ATM: The Thane district bank offers A RuPay ATM/Debit card, which is a universally accepted card, simply use the NPCI RuPay ATM Locator and go there. Insert your card, enter your PIN, And Tap on balance enquiry. It is simple and still, the top option if anything does not work.
  2. Visit Branch: Last but not least, Take your passbook and visit the home branch and update it. The bank staff also provide your balance details as well.
