2. In the “Send To” option, enter any of these numbers: 9971056767 or 5676788.
3. Type Message Body “CRN” and Tap on the Send Button.
4. You will receive your 9-digit CRN instantly via SMS reply.

Please note: It only works if your mobile number is linked to Kotak Mahindra Bank. If not, please visit your home branch and update your number by submitting the application form.

2. Check Bank Documents

Another quick way to find your Customer Relationship No. It is to check the documents that were provided to you when you opened your Kotak account. You may already have your CRN printed on official documents like:

1. Passbook: The first page of your passbook usually contains your CRN number along with your account details.

5. Once verified, the bank will send your CRN no. to your registered email ID or Phone number.

This option is helpful if you prefer handling things online without having to contact customer care.

4. Kotak WhatsApp Banking

Kotak Mahindra Bank also offers a convenient way to get your bank information using WhatsApp. Here’s how to do it:

1. Add +91 22 6600 6022 to your phone contacts.
2. Open WhatsApp and send “Hi” to the number.
3. From the menu that appears, select “Bank Account”, then choose “Know My CRN”.
4. You will receive an OTP to your phone for verification.
5. Enter the OTP, and the bank will send you a link.
6. Click on the link to retrieve your CRN along with your Full name.

5. Kotak Mobile Banking

If you have the Kotak Mobile Banking app, recovering is just a few taps away. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Kotak Mobile Banking app.
2. On the login page, tap on “Forgot CRN & Reset MPIN”.
3. Follow the instructions to verify your account using a Debit card.
4. Once verified, the app will show your CRN, and you can reset your MPIN if necessary.
