3. A new page will open with the title Integrated Child Development Scheme and the official logo.
4. Here, you have to enter your PFMS-linked Aadhaar Number twice for confirmation.
5. Fill out the same pattern of captcha and tap on Submit.
6. Enter the OTP that you will get on your linked Aadhaar mobile number.
7. All set, your salary details, status of honorarium, and recent payments will be displayed.

Note: Aadhaar seeding is required for Anganwadi employees to receive their salaries.

Salary Structure for Anganwadi Workers

The current structure of salaries in the over Maharashtra state is as follows –

Base Monthly Honorarium

As per the reports of The Times of India last 2024,

• Anganwadi Sevikas (Workers): ₹10,500 per month
• Anganwadi Helpers (Sahayikas): ₹5,500 per month

Announced Pay Hike

• Maharashtra govt in 2023 also decided to 20% increase for Sevikas, and a upto 10% hike in helpers all over anganwadi offices.
• This move aims to narrow the income gap as workers were pushing for better pay compared to ASHA staff, who now earn ₹13,000 per month after a ₹5,000 raise in 2024.
