How to Download Credit Card e-Statement via PNB Genie App
If you want an e-statement, follow these simple steps:
- First, you need to download the PNB Genie app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
- Register using your credit card number, PAN, Date of Birth, and OTP.
- Set a 6-digit MPIN for login every time.
- Log in and navigate to View Statement.
- Select the period and download your statement.

Steps to Open PNB Credit Card Statement PDF
1. Get Your Statement Email
- Check your inbox for the PDF attached email received from PNB.
- Search keywords like:
Card name + statement + pdf + month
. (optional) - Check your spam folder in the menu if you can’t find it.
2. Open the PDF
- Open the email and scroll down to the end of it to find the PDF.
- Save the PDF file.
- Open it using a PDF reader. PNB recommends Adobe Acrobat Reader version 6.0 or Above for better compatibility. However, you can use Google PDF Viewer or any other trusted PDF reader.
3. Enter the Password
As per the PNB Card official website, to view your credit card e-statement, the bank sets a password as your 1st four characters of your name printed on the card (in lowercase) and your Date of Birth in DDMMYYYY format.

- If your name has fewer than 4 letters, please include surname remaining letters. Like Raj and surname is Kumar = rajk+DDMMYYYY.
- Always read the full PDF-attached email — PNB provides help, password format, and contact info in the email body.
