- You have to download the BOM Mahabank mobile banking app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
- Once the app, open and log in using the user ID and password. (If you are using it for the first time, register it by using the account number and customer ID)
- After logging in, on the home screen, navigate to the service request and tap on the “Activate statement on E-mail” option.
- Fill out the complete form with information like account number, nominee, DOB and more.
- Tap on submit to activate.
