If your first name has fewer than four characters, add letters from your surname to complete four characters. For example: RAJ KUMAR, your name and Date of birth 15/05/2000. The password is RAJK1505.
Avoid adding any space or symbol between the name and date. It must be continuous. Also, switch off the auto-correct feature on your smartphone keyboard app.
Where Do You Receive the Statement and How to Locate It in Email?
Union Bank sends the e-statement to your registered email, usually from the official email ID noreply@unionbankofindia.bank.
- Check the Primary or Updates tab in your inbox.
- If not found, check the Spam or Promotions folder.
- Use the search term “Bank name, month, account” or the sender’s email to locate it.
- You need A PDF Reader to view it. You can use Google PDF Viewer for Chrome or Adobe Reader for smartphones.

If you are not getting digital statements via email. You have to activate it first. Here are two ways to do this –
- Visit a Union Bank branch: Go to your local Union Bank branch and request email statements by providing your account details along with your registered email address.
- Online Banking: Go online to your Union Bank Internet banking account. Look for sections “service request’, or ‘my profile’. Then, update and verify your new email ID.
