Follow these steps to register it –

Via SMS:

• Send an SMS with the text ‘GREEN’ to 5607011 from your registered mobile number.
• Your request will be processed within 48 hours, and you will start receiving e-statements from the next billing cycle.

Using RBL MyCard App:

• Log into the RBL MyCard App.
• Navigate to the ‘My Profile’ section and select the edit button.
• Tap on ‘Update Email’, enter your new email ID and activate it via OTP.

Via Customer Care:

• Call the RBL Credit Card Helpline at +91 22 6232 7777 and request e-statement activation.

Steps to Download Your RBL Credit Card Statement on Mobile

1. Install the RBL MyCard App
   • Download the app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
2. Log In
   • If you’re a first-time user, register using your card number, PAN, DOB, mobile number, and OTP.
   • Create a 6-digit M-PIN for future logins.
   • Returning users can log in using M-PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID.
3. Access Your Account
   • Navigate to the card overview page to check your credit card details.
4. View Your Statement
   • Tap on ‘Last Statement’ → Select ‘Past Statement’.
   • Choose the month you want to view.
5. Download or Email Statement
   • Download the PDF directly or have it emailed to you.

1. Email Inbox

• Open your email app and find the latest e-statement from RBL Bank.

2. Find the PDF File

• Scroll to the end of the email and locate the attached PDF.

3. Download It

• Save the PDF in an easily accessible location.

4. Access It

• Open the downloads folder and click on the statement PDF.

5. Enter the Correct Password Format

• The password to unlock your RBL card statement, the bank typically uses a combination of your name’s first four letters of your name in “UPPERCASE”, followed by your date of birth in DDMMYY format.
• Example: If your name is Tanu Sharma and your date of birth is 10th February 1995, then your password would be TANU100295.

How to Find Your Bank Recorded Name and DOB

1. Please handy your credit card while entering the password, the name on the card is your bank-recorded data.
2. Double-check your date of birth as per the bank records.

Troubleshooting Statement Issues and Errors

If you are unable to open your e-statement, try the following solutions:

1. Check password format: as I already said, the password needed to same as the format, with no space, no symbols, and DOB in DDMMYY format only.
2. Update your PDF Reader: some older PDF readers may not support your encrypted files. Please go to your app store and update it.
3. Clear Cache: if the PDF app and email app are slow or unresponsive, you can go to settings and clear the cache to set it to default.
4. Download Again: If you find an error or the file just corrupted after download, try the downloading the statement again using a different web browser and device.
