1. Know Your Customer ID via Netbanking

This is one of the quickest and most convenient methods offered by Bandhan Bank. By this method, you can get your Customer ID via SMS and Email. You will just need your registered mobile number and a few personal details.

  2. Tap on netbanking and look for the “Know Your Customer ID” option.
  3. Enter your registered mobile number
  4. Choose one of the following options:
    • Option 1: Enter Date of Birth + Captcha
    • Option 2: Enter PAN Number + Captcha
  5. Click on Submit to get OTP.
  6. Enter the 6-digit OTP received on your mobile number.
  7. Once verified, your Customer ID will be sent to your registered email and mobile number via SMS.

2. Check the Bandhan bank Documents

If you are not a big fan of digital methods and want an offline method, simply check your original bank documents.

  1. Welcome Kit and Letter: Bandhan Bank usually send a welcome kit or letter after the account is opened successfully. Check the top of the letter to view your CIF.
  2. Passbook: Simply open your passbook; it is printed on the first page or top margin.
  3. Cheque Book: Check the inside cover or first page.
  4. Account Statement: Physical or digital statements always include the name as a CIF or Customer Number.

What if you don’t have your Bandhan bank statement?

No problem. Here’s how to view and download it via the Bandhan Bank mobile banking app –

  1. Open the mBandhan Mobile App.
  2. Enter your 6-digit MPIN to log in.
  3. Scroll down and tap Recent Transactions.
  4. Select your Account Number, choose the Month and the Transaction Type.
  5. Tap Apply.
  6. Once the statement loads, tap Download.
  7. Select PDF format.
  8. Open the PDF and check for Customer ID (usually at the top).

3. Use the Bandhan Mobile App

If you have already registered with Bandhan mobile banking, it takes just a few seconds to view your CUST or CIF ID., Here is how you can check it –

  1. Download and open the Bandhan Bank Mobile App.
  2. Tap on Get Started.
  3. Enter your registered mobile number and verify via SMS.
  4. If you haven’t set an MPIN yet, tap Forgot MPIN.
  5. Set a new MPIN using your PAN or Debit Card details.
  6. After logging in, go to the Profile or Account Information section.
  7. You’ll find your Customer ID there.

4. Call Bandhan Bank Customer Care

You can call 1800-258-8181 (Toll-free number) and ask for customer ID retrieval instructions, or you can simply drop an email at customercare@bandhanbank.com. Also, include your account number and mobile number for verification.
