Notably, it also includes your bill’s due date and payment reminders. That’s why, ICICI Bank provides these statements in password protected-PDF format to ensure security and comfort.

How to Register for ICICI Bank Credit Card e-Statements

in case you have not been receiving your monthly e-statements, you will need to update your email ID. Here are the steps to update your email using the iMobile Banking App:

1. Install the ICICI mobile Banking App: Firstly, you need to visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download the iMobile app.​
2. Activate the App: After downloading, open the app and follow the activation steps. You’ll need to verify your registered mobile number and set a 4-digit MPIN for login.​
3. Register & Login: If you’re a standalone credit card customer, you can activate iMobile using your credit card number. The detailed video for first-time registration is available on the ICICI Bank website.​
4. Update Your Email Address:
   • Log in to the iMobile app.​
   • Navigate to the ‘My Cards’ section.​
   • Select your credit card.​
   • Go to ‘Manage Card. ‘
   • Update your email address by selecting either your work or personal email.​
   • After entering, tap on submit and enter the OTP to activate it.

Once updated, you will start receiving your e-statement via email every month.

Steps to Open Your ICICI Credit Card Statement

After receiving your e-statement, let’s move to the unlock it using correct format –

1. Get your Email: Open your inbox app to find your received email from ICICI Bank. If you don’t find it in your inbox, check your spam folders in the menu.
2. Download the PDF File: scroll down to the end of your email and save the attached PDF file to your device.​
3. Opening the PDF: Go to the downloads folder where the PDF was saved.​

• The password must be in lowercase letters.
• If lowercase does not work, try uppercase (AKAS0204).

3. Avoid Extra Spaces

• Always check that there are no spaces before or after the password.
• Ensure there are no typos.

• The month must be in MM format (e.g., April = 04, not just 4).
