- First of all, you have to contact your branch HR officer or the Bank HR Division. They are the only ones who set up the first login ID for you. If you are a new employee or a migrated one, the process is the same.
- They enable online access first, then provide your employee details, including employee ID, linked mobile number, and email ID.
- Get your temporary login. HR will generate your User ID and a temporary password. (most cases)
- Sometimes, they just give your employee ID and tell tap on Set password by using the portal.
