So, here are the steps to follow to know your Pune DCC bank balance using BHIM.

1 Step: Download the BHIM App

You need to go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store To Search “BHIM”, and hit the install button to download it.

2 Step: Set Up The App

Open the app on your phone, and choose the language. Also, ensure your phone is connected to the mobile network of your bank-registered SIM Card.

Verify your mobile number by entering the OTP you will receive in your SMS. After this, set a 4-digit passcode to add security whenever opening the app.

3 Step: Link Your PDCC Bank Account

Go to the Profile Section in the Top left corner, and select Add New Bank account. You will get a list of banks, search for the Pune DCC bank from the list. Tap on your bank name and link your bank account using the Debit card’s last 6 digits, Expiry date, and CVV number.

4 Step: Create UPI PIN

5 Step: Check Your Balance

All Set, on the app’s main screen, go to bank accounts, select the check balance button, and enter your newly created UPI PIN. Your current PDCC Account balance will be displayed.

1 Step: Register Your PDCC Internet Banking

  • Make Sure you have activated the Internet banking facility. If not, please visit the PDCC Bank branch and request an Internet Banking registration form.
  • Please complete the form with personal and banking details, such as your Account number, mobile number, PAN Card details, Debit card details, and Email ID.
  • Submit the form to the bank staff. They will take 24 hours to process it completely and provide you with a User ID (also known as Customer ID) and a temporary password for the First-time login.

Tip: When you open a new Account with Pune DCC bank, please ask them to activate the PDCC net banking facility and get instructions.

  • What is the Customer ID in PDCC Bank?

    The PDCC Customer ID, also known as the CIF Number, is a Unique Identification number assigned by the bank to each account holder. It is a 9—to 14-digit number used for accessing net banking and mobile banking and is also required in the PDCC Anywhere branch banking facility. Bank staff may ask for it to find your account details.

2 Step: Log in to PDCC Internet Banking

What to Do if You Don’t Have Internet Access?

1. Dial *99# to Check Balance Offline

  1. Open the Dialer and Dial *99# on your mobile phone.
  2. You will see the menu on the screen.
  3. Select the language you want (Hindi, Marathi, or English)
  4. Enter the 4 Digits of your PDCC bank IFSC Code.
  5. PDCC Bank ifsc code starts with PUNB. (Check the passbook to verify)
  6. If you have not registered with UPI yet, dial *99*7*1# to register it quickly. Provide details like the Debit card’s last 6 digits, CVV, and Expiry to create a UPI PIN and VPA ID like this (mobilenumber@upi)
  7. All Set, Again dial *99#
  8. Select the option for “Check Balance” from the menu.
  9. Enter UPI PIN.
  10. Your PDCC account balance will be displayed on your mobile phone screen.

2. Anywhere Branch Banking

Steps to Check Balance at a PDCC bank

PDCC offers a convenient service for its account holders: Anywhere branch banking benefits. This means you can visit any of its 272 branches in the Pune district to use facilities like checking balances, withdrawing money, and others. In simple words, if the home branch is far from your house, you don’t need to visit it; go to any nearby branch.

Steps to Check Balance at a PDCC Bank Branch:

  1. Use the PDCC Bank branch locator and find any nearby branch.
  2. Go and ask for a statement, print or direct balance information from the bank staff.
  3. They will ask for your account number and other details to verify you and provide all the information you ask for, including your balance.
