There are two formats that ICICI offers to access the PDF –

Format 1 – Your Name + DOB

First 4 letters of the account holder’s name (lowercase) + Date & Month of birth (DDMM).

Let me give you a quick example – Suppose the name is Rohan Gupta and DOB is 10th April 2000, the password would be roha1004.

Format 2 – Using Your Bank Account Number

Password = Simply, enter your 12-digit savings account number as a password.

Use the primary account holder’s details if it’s a joint account.

What to Do if the Statement Won’t Open?

1. Email Not Found –
   • Simply, go to your inbox, and in the menu, check your SPAM/Promotional Folder.
   • Ensure your inbox isn’t full. Check the storage of your email.
   • Verify if your email is registered with ICICI Bank.
2. PDF Won’t Open –
   • You can use an Adobe PDF reader or just find another popular PDF Reader on your app store.
   • Try to open it using another device such as a laptop, desktop, or tablet.
3. Downloading failed issue –
   • Check if your device has enough storage space.
   • Restart your phone and check your internet connection again.
4. PDF file damaged –
   • You have to download it again and ensure it is fully downloaded before opening it.

Where to Get an ICICI Account Statement That Works Without a Password

In case you want your savings account e-statement immediately, or want a custom range like the last 6 months or 3 months. Here are the steps to get it –

1. Install the App: Download the ICICI iMobile Banking App through the App Store or the Google Play Store.
2. Set up the App: Go into the app and tap “Let’s Get Started”, then choose “Indian Resident A/C”.
3. Account Verification: Send an SMS from the registered mobile number for verification.
4. Create 4-digit PIN: Create PIN, validate with Debit Card or Net Banking details, and OTP to proceed.
5. Login: Access your account using your PIN.
6. Access the Statement: Account > View Statement.
7. Choose Duration: Choose which duration you need the statement to get.
8. Download or Email: Tap “Download PDF” to save the statement or “Send to Email” to get it via email (for security, password-protected).

Note: If you are using the ICICI Mobile banking app, you can access your statement PDF without a password.
