E-statements are one part of their digital solutions. They are a digital version of your account statement sent to your registered email address every month so you can track your transactions using your smartphone.

If you prefer a hard copy, ICICI Bank allows customers to request a physical statement for a fee of Rs. 50 plus applicable service tax. The statement is delivered within five working days via courier. To save money and reduce paper waste, choosing an e-statement is the best option!

How to Register for ICICI Bank Monthly E-Statements

However, if you not receiving your monthly e-statement from ICICI, here are steps to follow to activate it –

  1. Log into your ICICI Internet Banking account.
  2. Go to ‘Service Requests’ > ‘Statement Registration’.
  3. Select ‘E-Statement’ and enter your registered email ID.
  4. Confirm the registration and submit the request.
  5. E-statements will now be sent to your email every month.

How to Download ICICI Bank Statement Through Mobile Banking App

  1. Install the App: Download the ICICI iMobile Banking App through the App Store or the Google Play Store.
  2. Set up the App: Go into the app and tap “Let’s Get Started”, then choose “Indian Resident A/C”.
  3. Account Verification: Send an SMS from the registered mobile number for verification.
  4. Create 4-digit PIN: Create PIN, validate with Debit Card or Net Banking details, and OTP to proceed.
  5. Login: Access your account using your PIN.
  6. Access the Statement: Account > View Statement.
  7. Choose Duration: Choose which duration you need the statement to get.
  8. Download or Email: Tap “Download PDF” to save the statement or “Send to Email” to get it via email (for security, password protected).

  • Email Inbox: Open the email App and find the last month’s e-statement from ICICI.
  • Find PDF File: Scroll to the end of the email and download the attached PDF file.
  • Download it: Save the PDF file in an easily accessible location.
  • Access it: Go to the downloads folder, and click on the downloaded statement.
  • Enter The Password:
    • For Savings Accounts: First 4 letters of the account holder’s name (lowercase) + Date & Month of birth (DDMM).
    • Let me give you an example – If the name is Rohan Gupta and DOB is 10th April 2000, the password would be roha1004.
    • Alternatively, you can use your 12-digit account number as the password.

  1. Password Not Working
    • Please Double-check your format and capitalization OR just enter 12-digit account numbers instead.

    • If it’s a joint account, use the primary account holder’s details.
  2. Email Not Found
    • Simply, go to your inbox, and in the menu, check your SPAM/Junk Folder.
    • Ensure your inbox isn’t full. check the storage of your email.
    • Verify if your email is registered with ICICI Bank.
  3. PDF Won’t Open –
    • You can use an Adobe PDF reader or just find another popular PDF Reader on your app store.
    • Try to open it using another device such as a laptop, desktop, or tablet.
  4. Downloading failed issue –
    • Check if your device has enough storage space.
    • restart your phone and check your internet connection again.
  5. PDF file damaged –
    • You have to download it again and ensure it is fully downloaded before opening it.
