Know Your Yes Bank Customer ID: A Simple Guide

This is a story you might relate to. Mr. Ravi is one of my old friends from Jaipur. He is a 25-year-old guy working for a textile company. Recently, he got an SMS from Yes Bank. He was eligible for a pre-approved loan.

Since he needed some extra cash for his sister’s wedding, he clicked the link. But just as he was about to check the offer, the website asked for his Yes Bank Customer ID.

Now, Ravi had no idea what that was.

He opened his Yes Bank app—nothing. Checked his debit card—still nothing. He even looked through his SMS history, but couldn’t find the Customer number anywhere.
