This is another easy method, however, you need internet and a smartphone for this, here is what you have to do to view balance using the BHIM App, however, you can use any of the UPI apps you enjoy –

  1. Install the BHIM App: Start by downloading the BHIM UPI App from the App Store. It is available on both of the devices iPhone and Android.
  2. Register First: Once the app is installed, Open the App and register with your mobile number that is linked to your Sudico bank account.
  3. Set Up Your UPI Account: Now, tap on Add new bank account and choose your bank Surat District Co-Op Bank) from the list of banks. (you can search by putting your name on the search bar)
  4. Find it Out: The app will automatically find your account details that are linked to your mobile number.
  5. Enter Debit card details: Here, you need your Surat district bank ATM Card to verify, you have to enter details like the debit card’s last 6 digits, Expiry, CVV, and ATM PIN.
  6. Set PIN: Now, Create a 4-digit UPI PIN For checking your balance and transferring money.
  7. Check balance: All Set, open the app once again, go to the check balance section, enter your UPI PIN, and view your account balance.

3. SUDICO-Mobile Banking App

As I already said, the SUDICO Mobile Banking App is part of their digital banking e-services. It allows account holders multiple services, including balance enquiry, mini-statment, and PDF Statement download.

On the Google Play Store, it has already 10k downloads and 3.9 User star ratings. as well as It is also available on the Apple App Store. This makes this method more suitable for customers to find balance and manage their accounts online.

Here is what you are required to use the app –

  1. Your Customer ID
  2. Account number
  3. Registered Mobile number
  4. Active Data Pack

Let’s find out how you can use the sudico app to view your balance –

  1. Download and Open the App: First of all, install the “SUDICO Mobile Banking” app from the Google Play Store or iOS App Store. Open the app once it is installed.
  2. Register or Log in: On the first screen, tap on “Register Here” (if you are using it for the first time). If you are already a registered user, simply tap on the Login Button.
  3. First-time Registering Process: Here, you have to enter your bank-registered mobile number, CIF Number, and Captcha and tap to Register button. (Check your passbook and statement to view your Sudico CIF number)
  4. Set MPIN and TPIN: Now, you will receive an OTP to your phone, enter it, and set a 6-digit MPIN (For login) and TPIN (For transactions).
  5. Quickstep: You need to add 3 security questions here to successfully activate your mobile banking.
  6. View Balance: All Set, Go to Login, Enter 6-Digit MPIN, and View Balance on the dashboard of the app.

Pro tip: Alternatively, you can simply visit the official website of Sudico Bank, tap on Internet banking, and register using your CIF Number, mobile number, and account number, to set a Username and Password for access, then log in and view your balance. However, you need to visit the Surat direct bank home branch to activate the Internet banking facility.

4. Use the Sudico Bank RuPay Card

If you are still not accessing your balance, I have a last but not least option. The Surat district bank offers RuPay cards for savings and current account holders. You can use this card at any of RuPay’s accepted ATMs near you. If you never use an ATM to check your balance, follow these steps:

  1. Locate ATM using Google Maps, Sudico bank ATM Locator, or NPCI RuPay ATM Locator.
  2. Insert your RuPay card and select your language (Gujarati language is also available for better convenience)
  3. On the menu, go to balance enquiry and enter your ATM PIN to view your available balance.

If you do not have an ATM Card or are having issues with Internet banking and mobile banking, pick up your passbook and visit your Sudico bank home branch to update transactions and the latest balance details. Furthermore, ask to activate your net banking.
